Practice Management
Mrs Manjit Phugura (Business Manager)
The Business Manager manages all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (information technology).
Jackie Mead (Operations Manager)
Responsible for the management aspects of the practice under the direction of the Business Manager. Acts as a central point of contact for the practice team. Has the responsibility of ensuring quality delivery of day-to-day non-medical services delivered by the practice.
Administration
Administration staff collate information, organise appointments following the instruction of the triage clinicians. they undertake a variety of administration duties such as dealing with registrations, e-mails, correspondence. This is a very busy and demanding role.
